1.CWNS型系列常压燃油（气）热水锅炉是卧式内燃湿背式锅壳锅炉。其主要结构由锅壳、炉胆、火箱、一回程烟管、二回程烟管、前后烟箱等组成。适用轻油、重油、城市煤气、天然气等气体，液体燃料。

2.燃烧室采用了波形炉胆或直形炉胆、回燃室，湿背式结构，避免了后管板受高温烟气冲刷易烧坏的特点，确保锅炉安全运行。

3.烟气三回程设计，烟管采用螺纹烟管，增加了对流传热面积和增强了传热效果。尾部烟道可增设冷凝换热器，降低排烟温度，吸收烟气中的显热和潜热，从而提高锅炉的热效率（达96%）

4.锅炉主体严格按照JB/T7985-2002《小型和常压热水锅炉通用技术条件》及其相关标准生产制作、检验，品质精良。出厂前作静态压力试验和热态试验。

5.锅炉运行实现全自动控制，对出口水温自动调节，锅炉自动点火程序启动，配有缺水，过热、熄火灯多种报警连锁保护装置，确保锅炉高效、安全、可靠运行。

1.Model CWNS series atmospheric horizontal fuel (gas )hor water boiler is a kind of horizontal internal combustion wet-back shell boiler.It is constructed by shell ,internal furnace ,smoke-cirling box ,flue tube and etc.It adopts the import burner and such fuel as light oil,heavy oil,city gas ,natural gas ,liquid fuel and etc.

2.The combustion chamber adopts the waveform internal furnace or the direct-shape internal furnace ,and the wet back structure with butt-welding,thus avoiding the characteristic that the back tube board is easy to be burnt out caused by the flushing of high temperature smoke gas ,and ensuring the safety running of the boiler .

3.The smoke gas adopts the three –return design ,and the smoke tube adopts the spiral spirally corrungated tube;thee turbolator is inserted inside the smoke tube,thus increasing the convection heat transfer area and enhancing the heat transfer effect .The condensing heat exchanger can be additionally arranged at the tail flue to reduce the exhuast smoke temperature and absorb the sensible heat and latent heat in the smoke gas ,thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler (96%)

4.The boiler body is manufactured and inspected strictly according to JB/T7985-2002 Universal Technology Conditions for Small Atmosperic Pressure Hot Water Boilers and its relevant standards ;therefore ,its quality is fine .Static pressure test and hot test are carried out on the boiler before delivering.

5.The running of the boiler relizes full-auto control;the water temperature of the exit is automatically adjusted;the autoignition procedure of the boiler is started .Multiple alarming and inetrlocking protection devices like deaquation,overheating and flameout are prepared to ensure the boiler to run effectively ,safely and re;iably.
