
间接加热(冷凝)热水锅炉
冷凝间接加热热水锅炉的下半部结构与普通锅炉一样,由燃烧室与传热管组成;上半部分装有热交换器,炉体上部装设有膨胀水箱,由于锅炉整体是在常压状态下,故绝对安全。尾部烟道加装冷凝器,提高热效。炉内的热媒水,在锅炉运行的全过程中,不进、不出,与热交换器之间传递热量。换热器严格按照管壳式换热器制造标准制造,壳程和管程分别作水压试验。
炉体上部设有膨胀水箱,水位自动控制,无压运行,安全可靠,简化了繁杂的报批手续。
炉水只作热载体使用,在运行时,水中的氧加热析出,排出炉外,炉内长期使用不会发生氧腐蚀,一次性加入热媒水,有限少量的钙镁离子亦被加热软化,运行时炉水不增不减,因此锅炉内部不发生结垢,延长了锅炉使用寿命,是一般锅炉寿命2倍以上,长达20年。
间接加热热水锅炉模块化设计,高性能换热组件,机组结构紧凑,使产品易于运输、安装,在小空间内,多台机组可并联使用,其工艺系统也很简洁,免去了换热站的设计与施工,工程费用省。
The structure of lower part of the indirect heating boiler is the same as the regular one.It is composed of the firebox and heat transfer tubes.The upper part is equipped with a heat exchanger.Thereis also an expansion tank at the top .Generally ,the boiler works under normal pressure ,so it is absolutely safe .The thermal media in the boiler is not in or out when the boiler is working.It transfers the heat between heat transfer tube and heat exchanger .After being heated ,the thermal media will oxygenate and intenerate ,and there is no furring and oxygen corrosion.These make the using life of the boiler last as 20 years.Build in heat exchanger is manufactured to comply with manufacturing standard of shell-and-tube heat exchanger.Tube pass and shell pass are put to test of water pressure.
An expansion tank is equipped at the top.Water level can be controlled automatically .It works without pressure ,so it is safe and reliable .Tedious report-and –endorse procedures are simplified.
Boiler water is only used as thermal carrier ,when it is heated,the oxygen will be decomposed and discharged out,so oxygen corrosion won’t happen .When thermal media water is added once ,a few calcium and magnesuim ions will be heated and be intenerated .Boiler water won’t decrease when boiler is working ,so there is no furring inside .All these contribute to long life efficiency.Weining boiler’s life is about 2 times longer than regular boilers .Heat exchanger is made of stainless steel tubes which are corrosion-resistant and rust free ,offering clean and hygienic hot domestic water.
Indirect heating boiler adopts modular design .Heat exchanger units with high performance are used , the whole structure compact which make it easy to transpaort and mount .In the limited space ,two or more sets can be paralleled in use and the technology is simple ,so it needn’t heat exchange station and lower the cost of engineering.
